At PartMasters, we aim to provide reliable, flexible, and transparent shipping options to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods we offer, processing times, delivery timeframes, costs, and important terms and conditions.

  1. Shipping Methods

Note: Delivery is limited to locations within the Republic of South Africa only.

 

We use multiple shipping methods to accommodate different customer needs and locations. Available options may vary depending on the product and destination

1.1 Courier Delivery (Door-to-Door)

  • Nationwide delivery within South Africa.
  • Delivery fee: R125 per
  • Orders are delivered via reputable third-party courier services.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

1.2 Overnight (OVN) Delivery

  • Expedited overnight delivery within South Africa.
  • Delivery fee: R168
  • Available for selected locations and eligible products.
  • Orders must be placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (midday) to qualify.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier service coverage.

1.3 PUDO / Locker Collection Points

  • Delivery fee: R70
  • Customers may choose to have orders delivered to selected PUDO or locker collection points.
  • Once the parcel arrives, the customer will receive a notification with a collection PIN.
  • Parcels must be collected within the time period specified by the service provider.

1.4 Counter Collection / In-Store Pickup

  • Randburg collection: Free of charge.
  • Collection is available once the order has been confirmed and marked as ready for pickup.
  • Port Elizabeth (PE) collection point: R5 per order.
  • Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.

1.5 Bulk Shipping

  • Large, fragile, or bulk orders may require special shipping arrangements.
  • Our team will contact you to confirm suitable shipping options and costs.
  1. Order Processing Time

To help set clear expectations, please note our daily order cut-off time:

  • Our order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (midday).
  • Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to order preparation only and does not include delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and delivery location:

  • Local / Major Cities: 1–3 business days
  • Regional / Outlying Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability for delivery or collection.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability for delivery or collection.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • Customers must inspect parcels upon receipt.
  • Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

7. Incorrect Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • PartMasters will not be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order has been delivered or collected from the selected collection point.
  • Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and dispatch.

9. Policy Updates

PartMasters reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to orders placed thereafter.
