Storage Installation

How does it work?

Once you place your order, we’ll contact you to confirm the nearest authorized service centre. Your new laptop storage drive (SSD or HDD) will be shipped directly to that centre. As soon as it’s ready for installation, we’ll notify you to schedule a convenient time.

The installation includes:

• Replacement or upgrade of your laptop’s storage drive

• Fresh installation of Windows

• Installation of common everyday programs (such as web browsers, office tools, and media players)

All installations are done on the spot while you wait, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Where is this service offered?

We offer storage installation nationwide. If there isn’t a service centre in your area, we’ll arrange for your laptop to be safely shipped to the nearest service centre and returned to you after installation—at no extra hassle.

What is not covered?

Our standard installation does not cover:

• Data recovery or data transfer from your old drive

• Any additional hardware repairs beyond the storage installation
